BhojMandu reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any transaction/order for restaurants and services that are listed at an incorrect price or are not available. This applies regardless of order confirmation or payment confirmation. If payment has been processed by BhojMandu in such events, the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment, except for cases where the user paid through a digital wallet. In such instances, the refund will be credited to the user's BhojMandu wallet. Once an order is placed, BhojMandu does not entertain user requests for order cancellations.
The title and risk of orders pass onto you upon delivery by BhojMandu (via our delivery personnel), and upon your acceptance of the orders. BhojMandu takes every care to deliver orders to the intended recipient but will not be held responsible for any wrong delivery based on the address given by the user or if any person falsely claims to be the recipient. BhojMandu reserves the right to deliver a similar or alternate order for reasons beyond its control, and such actions shall not be deemed as bad delivery. Users do not have the right to refuse the order at the time of receipt and must make the payment accordingly.
3.Cancellation & Refund Policy:
BhojMandu generally does not entertain order cancellations once placed on the restaurant. However, if a cancellation request is made before the order is placed on the restaurant, it is subject to the discretion of BhojMandu. In the event of late, bad, or incorrect delivery due to BhojMandu's process-related issues, the customer is generally not charged for the order, but this is at the discretion of BhojMandu. If the user paid through any digital wallet, the refund will be credited to their BhojMandu wallet in case of order cancellation.
The refund process typically takes 24-36 hours (except holidays).
