Cancellation Policy for BhojMandu

At BhojMandu, we are committed to delivering a reliable and satisfactory experience to our users. Below are the terms and conditions governing order cancellations:

1. Order Cancellation by BhojMandu

  • BhojMandu reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction or order under the following circumstances:
    • The listed price or service details are incorrect.
    • The restaurant or service provider is unable to fulfill the order due to unavailability.
    • The user’s delivery address is outside the designated service areas supported by BhojMandu.
  • If a payment has already been processed in such cases, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. User-Initiated Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, BhojMandu does not accept user-initiated cancellation requests.
  • However, if a cancellation request is made before the order is processed by the restaurant, it will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of BhojMandu.

3. Delivery Policy Related to Cancellations

  • Ownership and risk of the order transfer to the user upon delivery and acceptance at the specified address.
  • BhojMandu ensures delivery to the correct address provided by the user but cannot be held responsible for:
    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the user.
    • Claims by unauthorized individuals at the delivery location.
  • BhojMandu reserves the right to provide an alternate or similar order in situations beyond its control, and such actions are not grounds for order cancellations or refunds.

4. Cancellation Due to Service Issues

  • In rare cases of delayed, incorrect, or incomplete delivery caused by BhojMandu's operational issues, the order charges may be waived or refunded at BhojMandu’s discretion.
  • Orders may also be canceled if the delivery address falls outside BhojMandu’s serviceable areas.

5. Refund Process for Cancellations

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 24-36 hours, excluding holidays.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
