Refund Policy for BhojMandu

At BhojMandu, we strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. However, certain policies govern refunds, cancellations, and related processes to maintain operational integrity and clarity.

1. Order Cancellation

  • BhojMandu reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction/order for restaurants and services listed at an incorrect price or unavailable at the time of order. This applies even if the order or payment has been confirmed.
  • In cases where payment has already been processed, the refund will be initiated via the original payment method.
  • Strict Policy: Once an order has been processed by our restaurant partners, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained.

2. Delivery Policy

  • The title and risk of the order transfer to the user upon delivery and acceptance by the recipient.
  • BhojMandu ensures diligent delivery efforts but is not liable for incorrect deliveries arising from user-provided errors or unauthorized claims by third parties.
  • In cases beyond BhojMandu's control, an alternate or similar item may be delivered. Such adjustments will not qualify as grounds for refusal or refunds.
  • Users must accept the delivery and complete payment; refusal of orders at delivery will not be entertained.

3. Refund Policy for Payments

Refunds are processed in accordance with the payment method used during the transaction:

  • Digital Wallets (eSewa, Khalti, IMEPay):

    • Refunds will be processed instantly in most cases.
    • In the event of a technical issue, refunds will be completed within 12-24 hours.

 

  • FonePay & Card Payments (Debit/Credit):

    • Refunds may take 48-72 hours due to banking network policies.

4. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Order cancellations are not entertained once the order has been placed with the restaurant partner.
  • Cancellations requested before the order is processed are at the sole discretion of BhojMandu.
  • If an order is delayed, incorrect, or unsatisfactory due to BhojMandu’s error, a refund or waiver may be offered. This decision lies entirely with BhojMandu.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within the following timelines:
    • Digital Wallet Payments: 12-24 hours (technical issues) or instant.
    • FonePay & Card Payments: 48-72 hours.
