When using BhojMandu, you agree to:

2. Account Registration

3. Placing Orders

  • Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to BhojMandu.

  • Full Name: To personalize your experience and ensure proper identification for order processing and support.
  • Email Address: For communication, account verification, sending order updates, and promotional notifications.
  • Phone Number: To contact you regarding your orders, provide customer support, and send marketing campaign SMS or notifications about offers and discounts.
  • Geo-Location and Location Permission: To ensure accurate delivery services, suggest nearby restaurants or services, and improve your user experience.

Purpose of Use:

  • Your provided details are used for account management, order fulfillment, and enhanced customer service.
  • BhojMandu may use your contact information to send marketing campaigns, promotional SMS, or app updates.
  • In specific cases, BhojMandu may share your information with partnered third-party organizations for promotional campaigns. Such use will always comply with our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments and Charges

  • Payment must be made through designated payment methods.
  • By placing an order, you agree to pay all associated charges, including the Rs. 5 convenience fee.
  • Prices and charges are reserved by BhojMandu and may change without prior notice.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • BhojMandu strives for timely delivery but is not liable for delays beyond its control.
  • Title and risk pass to you upon delivery and acceptance of orders.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can only be canceled within a specified time frame.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Refund Policy.
  • Orders cannot be canceled if placed in non-serviceable areas.

8. User Content

  • Content (reviews, comments, etc.) submitted by users remains their property.
  • By submitting content, you grant BhojMandu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for service-related purposes.

9. Privacy and Data Security

  • BhojMandu values your privacy and complies with applicable laws.

10. Load Fund

  • Functionality: Allows you to add funds to your BhojMandu wallet.
  • Usage: Funds can only be used for purchases on our platform.
  • Non-refundable: Loaded funds cannot be refunded to the original payment method or transferred to another user.

11. Loyalty Points

  • Loyalty points are awarded under our loyalty program.
  • Points cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
  • Points can only be redeemed for platform purchases.

12. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders placed between 10:00 AM to 5:59 PM, customers must provide an alternative contact number and live location.
  • For COD orders placed between 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, half of the total order amount must be paid at the time of order confirmation.

13. Updates and Modifications

  • BhojMandu reserves the right to update these terms.
  • Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Refer & Earn Program

  • Eligibility: Open to all registered users above the legal age.
  • Process: Referrers receive a unique code. Rewards are earned when referees use the code for their first order.
  • Criteria: Referee must be a new customer and use the code during checkout.

15. Termination

  • BhojMandu reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
  • Users may terminate accounts by following the platform's procedures.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nepal.

 

Vendor Terms & Conditions 

 

By registering and participating as a vendor on the BhojMandu Food Delivery App, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Registration and Account:

 

1.1 To become a vendor on BhojMandu, you must complete the registration process accurately and provide all required information.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

2. Menu and Pricing:

2.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date menu information, including item descriptions and prices.
2.2 BhojMandu reserves the right to review and approve all menu items and pricing. Any changes must be communicated and approved by BhojMandu.

 

3. Order Fulfillment:

3.1 You agree to fulfill orders promptly and within the specified time frame communicated to customers through the BhojMandu platform.
3.2 In the event of unavailability of an item, you must promptly notify BhojMandu and update the menu accordingly.

 

4. Quality Assurance:

4.1 Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
4.2 BhojMandu reserves the right to assess and monitor the quality of food and service provided to users.

 

5. Payments and Commissions:

5.1 BhojMandu will facilitate payments from users on your behalf, deducting applicable commissions.
5.2 Commissions may vary and are subject to change. Details of commissions will be communicated to vendors.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations:

6.1 Vendors are responsible for refunding users in case of cancellations or unsatisfactory service.
6.2 BhojMandu may facilitate refunds on behalf of vendors and deduct the refund amount from future payments.

 

7. Compliance with Laws:

7.1 Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to food preparation, safety, and hygiene.
7.2 BhojMandu may request and verify necessary licenses and permits from vendors.

 

8. Marketing and Promotions:

8.1 Vendors may be featured in BhojMandu marketing and promotional materials.
8.2 BhojMandu may run promotions or discounts on vendor items at its discretion.

 

9. Termination of Agreement:

9.1 BhojMandu reserves the right to terminate the vendor agreement for violations of these terms or for any reason at its sole discretion.
9.2 Vendors may terminate their participation by providing notice to BhojMandu.

 

10. Communication:

10.1 BhojMandu will communicate important information and updates to vendors through the provided contact details.
10.2 Vendors are responsible for promptly responding to communications from BhojMandu.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Vendor Terms & Conditions of the BhojMandu Food Delivery App. BhojMandu reserves the right to update these terms periodically, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
