    Yes, you can easily create an account using your Facebook credentials. Simply click on the "Sign up with Facebook" option and follow the instructions.

  • Is an email address required to create an account?

    Yes, an email address is mandatory for account creation. It will be used for order updates, promotional offers, and important communications from BhojMandu.

  • What if I don't receive the OTP during sign-up?

    If you don’t receive the OTP, check if your mobile number is entered correctly. If the issue persists, click on "Resend OTP" or contact our support team for assistance.

  • How can I reset my password?

    To reset your password, go to the login page, click on "Forgot Password," enter your registered phone number, and follow the instructions sent to your mobile.

  • How do I place an order?

    1. Open the BhojMandu app or website.
    2. Browse through the nearest restaurant and select your desired items.
    3. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
    4. Enter your delivery details and choose a payment method.
    5. Confirm your order, and it will be processed for delivery.
  • Can I modify my order after placing it?

    Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. However, you can contact our support team for assistance.

  • How much time does it take to get my food delivered?

    Typically, food delivery takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour. The delivery time depends on various factors such as the distance between your location and the restaurant, traffic conditions, the current availability of delivery personnel, and the restaurant’s order load at the time. Other factors like the type of food and the size of your order can also influence delivery times. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend ordering in advance, even if it’s a few hours ahead of your preferred delivery time.

  • How can I track the status of my order?

    You can track your order status through the app or website. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive real-time updates about its delivery status.

  • What should I do if I received the wrong item?

    If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will resolve the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a refund if necessary.

  • What are the requirements for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

    For COD orders placed between 10:00 AM to 5:59 PM, customers must provide an alternative contact number and live location to ensure smooth delivery. For COD orders placed between 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, half of the total order amount must be paid at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining balance paid upon delivery.

  • What payment methods are accepted on BhojMandu?

    BhojMandu accepts various payment methods including credit/debit cards,eSewa, Khalti,IME Pay,Fonepay. You can select your preferred payment option during checkout.

  • Is it safe to make payments on BhojMandu?

    Yes, BhojMandu uses secure payment gateways to ensure that all transactions are encrypted and safe. Your payment details are kept private and secure.

  • Can I apply promo codes or discounts to my order?

    Yes, if you have a promo code or discount, you can apply it at the checkout page. Simply enter the code in the provided field to receive the discount on your order.

  • What should I do if my payment fails?

  • Can I cancel my order after it’s been processed?

    Once an order has been processed by our restaurant partners, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the order is processed.

  • Can I refuse my order when it is delivered?

    Refusal of orders at delivery is not entertained. Once the order is delivered and accepted, the payment is considered complete, and no further actions will be taken.

  • How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

    Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used: Digital Wallet Payments (eSewa, Khalti, IMEPay): Instant, or within 12-24 hours in case of technical issues. FonePay & Card Payments: 48-72 hours, depending on banking network policies.

  • What should I do if my order is delayed or incorrect?

    If your order is delayed, incorrect, or unsatisfactory due to BhojMandu's error, you may be eligible for a refund or waiver. However, please note that delays can sometimes occur due to traffic, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds or adjustments will be considered at BhojMandu’s discretion based on the situation.

  • What areas does BhojMandu deliver to?

    BhojMandu currently offers delivery within the Kathmandu Valley. If you are located outside this area, we regret to inform you that delivery services may not be available at this time. For selected locations, when you open our app, you will be able to see if our service is available in your area. If delivery is not available, you will be redirected to the homepage, or you’ll see a message stating, "Service not available in your area.

  • How can I check if my area is eligible for delivery?

    You can check the availability of delivery in your area by opening the BhojMandu app. Once you enter your address, the app will display whether delivery is available. If it's not available, you’ll be redirected to the homepage with a notification that the service is not available in your location.

  • Do you deliver to remote or outskirt areas?

    BhojMandu primarily delivers within the Kathmandu Valley. However, delivery to remote or outskirts areas may be available in some cases. The app will notify you if delivery to your area is possible during checkout.

  • What should I do if delivery is unavailable in my area?

    If delivery is unavailable in your area, we recommend checking back later as we are constantly expanding our service areas. You can also reach out to our customer support team for more information or to inquire about any future delivery coverage in your area.

  • Can I place an order if my location is outside your delivery area?

    If your location is outside our delivery range, you will not be able to place an order. However, if you're ordering from abroad (such as Australia, the UK, or the USA), you can still place an order by selecting a delivery location within the Kathmandu Valley. The app will notify you if you attempt to enter an address outside our delivery zone.
